Posted 12:13 PM 1/31/2012 : Truck Driver Blames Foggy Conditions, Car for Wreck

JIM WELLS COUNTY - A big rig driver hauling a load of produce from the Rio Grande Valley to San Antonio flipped his truck on FM 624, three miles west of Highway 281 this morning.

The driver tells us that around 7:30 a.m. he noticed a car using the center stripe in the road as a guide
