Stage 3 Water Restrictions In Alice

Drought Brings Water Restrictions To Alice - KZTV

ALICE - Officials in Alice have put Stage 3 water restrictions in effect due to lower water levels at Lake Corpus Christi. Effective immediately, residents and businesses are being told to limit when they water their lawns/landscaping.

Customers who have an even numbered address are limited to only watering on Sundays and Thursdays - from 6-8am and 8-10pm.

Customers with odd numbered addressed may only water on Saturdays and Wednesdays - from 6-8am and 8-10pm.

Residents are also asked to:

Take care of all plumbing leaks as soon as possible

Refrain from washing driveways, sidewalks, buildings, vehicles (unless utilizing a bucket of water), or allowing water to run down sidewalks, roadways etc.

Conserve water in all aspects of daily life.
