Former Islander Leaves NBA's D-League

CORPUS CHRISTI - Once again, Chris Daniels is headed back overseas as the former Islander big man has elected to leave the NBA's D-League to return to the South Korean professional league.

The obvious reason, is more money. Interesting to note though, this past weekend Daniels was named to the D-League Showcase 2nd Team, meaning NBA scouts believed he is among the top 10 players in the developmental league.

His dream remains the NBA, and he did spend a brief amount of time in the Los Angeles Lakers preseason camp.
